http://nuux.net has just launched public beta. This is the coolest mobile location-based nightlife app what I have seen so far, and it is powered by Nutiteq map SDK.

Textopia is an open source mobile mapping application for Android, it is basically a location-based audio player. It demonstrates a lot of KML data source functions.
