Overlay gone after calling setMiddlePoint() or setBoundingBox() in 1.1.1

I am trying out the new SDK.
However, after calling setMiddlePoint() or setBoundingBox(), all my overlays disappeared.
Then if I drag/move the map, they re-appeared.
Is there a way to prevent this?

The update in http://www.nutiteq.com/beta/lib/ should fix this. Please let us know if it helps you.
