Lib SDK 0.4.0

New features:

• Directions service - routing with OpenLS server
• Geocode service - placename and POI search, currently using Openstreetmap gazeteer
• Hybrid maps, in terms of using combination of online and offline maps (if offline map is not available, use online map)
• File browser, useful for selecting directory of stored maps
• Compute distance between points
• MapComponent and MapItem constructors without midlet reference
• more customizable placemarks
