Mobile Maps Lib Licensing Terms

Nutiteq Maps API library is dual-licensed. Developer can choose free or commercial license.

a) Free Open Source license according to CC-GNU GPL terms.

Any projects that are published under an open source license approved by the Open Source Initiative may use Nutiteq Maps SDK without restrictions. Note that this does not apply for closed source products derived from such products. This implies following key limitations:

• It can be used for Open Source projects, you must distribute source code of your application along with your application
• Personal developer support is not provided. You can still use the Developer Forum, and most possibly we will answer to your requests.
• If you need library sources, please fill GPL source request form

b) Commercial license does not require opening your application sources, and commercial support is provided.

• Commercial license terms.
  
• For development you can use free evaluation license.

Using Library in your application requires generation of license code for your application. This can be done in My Apps page. There is form to self-generate license code, and appropriate license option must be selected.
