Licence Key Restrictions

Hello,
I noticed that to get a key you need to specify the vendor of the mobile handset you are using. Can one use the same key with other mobile phone's of different vendors?

It is not phone vendor, the vendor here means actually application vendor, i.e. your company name. Same license key with same application and vendor names works across all Java platforms.
