I was trying to develop an Android Application which would use static downloaded Map Tiles. I was wondering if there is a possibility that the application can be completely offline, in the sense that it does not require ANY connection to the internet (even when started, say for checking the Key or something). One of my constraints are complete offline access of maps and hence internet access would not be present. Is this possible?
I'm trying to develop an Android offline application but I can´t load the map (aways red). My online version works ok. I'm trying to use mgm files. Could you please point me on the source to an Android offline sample application? Thanks a lot.
